The terms under which DEUNA coordinates and provides services.
Scope of service
DEUNA performs the tasks agreed in each service order. Booking hours does not automatically convert one service into another or include tasks outside the agreed scope. Any additional work must be requested through DEUNA.
Coordination and execution
Depending on the service, DEUNA may execute the work directly, coordinate specialists, supervise vendors or manage contracts. We communicate clearly who performs each part of the work.
Pricing
Most services are quoted based on location, scope, property and complexity. We confirm details and cost before starting any work. We do not publish fixed prices for variable services.
Professional services
When a licensed professional is legally required — engineer, architect, authorized electrician, legal professional — DEUNA coordinates the appropriate professional and does not substitute required signatures or licenses.
Emergency coordination
Property emergency coordination is a private service for owners and is not a public emergency, medical or police service. For those, contact local authorities.
Liability
DEUNA coordinates and documents with care. Specific warranties or guarantees, if any, are defined in the service order of each engagement.
